Management
Olga Shmuklyer is a senior communications leader with more than 20 years of experience advising B2B technology companies through growth, disruption, and crisis. She specializes in building credibility for emerging innovators and protecting the reputations of established market leaders during high-stakes moments.
A trusted expert in crisis and issues management, Olga has led communications strategy for complex, sustained situations—shaping narratives, managing media pressure, and mitigating risk before it escalates. Her work has driven national business and broadcast coverage while establishing durable thought leadership across key trade and analyst communities.
Olga has partnered with category-defining companies including Akamai Technologies, Charles Schwab, Motorola, and Intelsat, as well as high-growth startups that have achieved unicorn valuations and successful exits across public safety, cybersecurity, AI, mobile, and fintech.
Prior to Fusion, Olga held senior leadership roles at leading agencies including Technology Solutions, Hill & Knowlton, and Brainerd Communications. She holds a BS in Communications from Ithaca College and is fluent in Russian.
Mark has nearly 30 years of technology and finance PR experience with both large and small firms. He has managed more than 15 cybersecurity and digital privacy accounts since joining Fusion in 2011. He has also worked with dozens of other clients in sectors including physical security, AI, HPC/quantum computing, fraud prevention, storage, cloud computing, digital banking, cryptocurrency and more. Outside of work, Mark’s lifelong passion for rock music has resulted in a massive collection of tens of thousands of albums and CDs. He also loves reading, horror movies, and watching old ‘Survivor’ seasons with his family. Mark holds a BA in English from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
Jordan combines a strong technical background and decades of tech marketing. He is the founder of Fusion Public Relations and has supported hundreds of companies with executive level counsel, strategy, messaging, media training, marketing consulting, crisis management and extensive media and analyst relations programs. His clients have included some of the world’s largest tech players and also some of the most exciting startups. He and his teams have helped companies to exit with more than $17 billion in valuation through acquisitions and IPOs.
Prior to Founding Fusion, Jordan was Executive Vice President of TSI Communications, one of the largest tech PR firms in the world before its acquisition by Weber Shandwick (the largest PR firm in the world today). He also held research positions in IBM’s (Watson) applied physics research facilities and its sales and marketing teams and was a co-founder of a startup in smart card technology and edu-tech.
Jordan holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics and an MBA in Marketing and has been a member of IEEE and PRSA. When not running a business, Jordan is playing tennis, keeping current on physics papers, engaging in cross fit exercise and trying to get back to his roots as a once-upon-a-time Jazz guitarist.
Ross Blume is Senior Director at Fusion PR, bringing over a decade of experience in both B2B and B2C public relations. He has led strategic communications programs for brands across diverse industries, including telecommunications, video creation, insurance, gaming, artificial intelligence, security, and more. With a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns, Ross excels at shaping compelling narratives, driving media engagement, and building thought leadership for emerging and established companies. His expertise across many verticals allows him to craft integrated PR strategies that resonate with target audiences and support business growth. Ross leverages his extensive experience and passion for storytelling to help clients navigate complex markets, differentiate their brands, and amplify their presence on a global scale.
Based in New York City, Bob Geller is president of Fusion PR. He is a veteran of tech sales, marketing and PR and has developed best practices for working social media, and content and influencer marketing into the PR mix. Bob joined Fusion in 2000, and has helped build the agency into a leading independent tech PR agency. He has led client teams that have achieved outstanding results in AI, security, cloud, chips, telecom, fintech SaaS and others. Bob spent the first part of his career at General Electric and then made the move to computer software and consulting, becoming a NY regional manager for IBM in 1995. Bob studied electrical engineering at Boston University, Bob and the Fusion PR account teams that have helped scores of tech startups launch, grow, and successfully exit. He is also a top-ranked blogger and business writer. When he’s not working, Bob enjoys playing music and has a rock band: Bobby G & The Bohemians
