Situation: How can a hospital maximize its number of beds and OR rooms? Understanding that this challenge was too complex for a human to solve, HospitalIQ brought AI to the task.

Strategy: Fusion worked with HospitalIQ’s partners and customers to create a story around the money that hospitals could save by incorporating AI into their management systems. We also drove content, partner relationships, announcements, and analyst relations.

Results: We secured regular placements in medical, hospital, tech, AI and top-tier media.
