Servicing Cyber Through Service Providers

Situation: Most consumers don’t want to think about cybersecurity for their homes and devices. That’s why Allot decided to bring their cyber solution (and network acceleration platform) to consumers through service providers. The idea is to make cyber another line item on consumer telecom bills where, for micro-incremental costs, consumers can have full security without lifting a finger.

Strategy: Fusion executed a content-heavy educational program primarily to service providers demonstrating how they could increase revenue with almost no CAPEX. Allot is also a way to increase ARPU and customer stickiness by diversifying beyond basic services, a major thrust for service providers.

Results: Secured hundreds of articles over several years including top tier and unusually difficult publications to reach, such as Reader’s Digest. Helped the company to increase its customer base and revenue.
