Situation: ClickTale, an Israeli vendor of Web analytics, was seeking recognition for the company’s pioneering behavioral technology to build visibility in the US.
Approach: Fusion helped establish ClickTale as customer experience experts by placing feature articles in top-tier business, consumer and technology outlets. With a desire for top tier press and a lack of hard funding or customer news, we pursued a contributed content-driven strategy.
Results: Regular blog columns with Entrepreneur and Psychology Today, Wired, and placements in TNW, Forbes and TechCrunch.
