Situation: Knoa Software sought greater recognition for its UEM software, which monitors the enterprise software user experience. The main challenges included the media’s perception of Knoa as a niche offering for SAP users, a lack of customer references, and user privacy concerns.
Solution: Fusion supported Knoa for over five years, landing consistent media and analyst results. We did this by aligning with top news, and trends; e.g., pursued stories around cloud migration and pandemic-era remote work, as well as APM, BPM and HCM.
Results: We established and achieved consistent recognition for Knoa and UEM. Earned coverage in IT, ERP, C-level, and business press. We also helped company in efforts to expand to Oracle and mark consistent YoY revenue growth.
