Situation: The market for conversational AI chatbots and virtual assistants was extremely crowded, with big tech players like Microsoft, Google and IBM hogging the limelight. There were also media misunderstandings regarding the differences between different types of conversational AI and the problems Kore.ai was aiming to solve.
Strategy: Our approach was to implement a multi-pronged strategy that ensured our messaging conveyed Kore.ai’s ability to support an array of use cases and integrations, as well as leveraging its position as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader. We then capitalized on news cycles and trending topics to pitch executives for thought leadership opportunities across an array of relevant and creative topics.
Results: We secured coverage across top-tier technology and business media outlets including The New York Times, Forbes, Business Insider and VentureBeat, as well as numerous vertical tech and AI trades.
