Situation: Elsevier is the world’s largest academic publisher. With its subsidiaries in search and sourcing, such as Scirus, Scopus and Science Direct, Elsevier creates one of the most prolific science communities for publishing and research. The time had come to explain this to the world.
Approach: What better way to explore the value of a company than by leveraging its core asset – scientific discovery? We leveraged the science and discoveries published to Elsevier sources to highlight the wealth of scientific information available. We also conducted crisis management related to publishing rights and restrictions.
Results: We covered a broad spectrum of media that included science press (bio, physics, phycology, others) but also went broader, reaching gaming, business and tech.
