Situation: As the market for international merchants and digital banking emerged, the need for payment solutions also grew exponentially. Zooz was there to fill the gap.
Strategy: We employed an educational program which helped explain and simplify the modern payments and banking architecture to both merchants and financial institutions. Developing a vast amount of content, establishing deep analyst relationships, and with a strategic approach to media, we set them on their course to exit.
Results: Zooz was acquired by PayU for nearly $100M.
